It's My Party Rentals is your rental headquarters for corporate events and parties, wedding rentals and planning, and party rentals, located in Hickory, NC.  We serve Hickory, NC and the surrounding areas, including Statesville, NC, Lincolnton, NC, Morganton, NC, Lenoir, NC, Taylorsville, NC, Marion, NC, and Stony Point, NC.  Call us to see if we service your area.  828-267-2789.

Whether you're hosting the company Christmas party, an elegant luncheon, or planning your wedding day, please let us help you with all your rental needs. 
How much is required to hold rental items?
A 25% deposit is required to hold your rental items.  This deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
 
When is the balance due?
The balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to your event.
 
What if I need to change the quantity of items?
Changes in quantity are welcome 30 days prior to your event.  Other changes will be made according to the availability of rental items.
 
How should I return the items?
Plates, servers, glasses, and silverware should be rinsed out and free of food and debris prior to returning  to us.  Missing, broken, damaged, and weather damaged items will be charged to you.  Be sure to secure and protect all equipment while it is in your possession.   
 
How long is the rental term?
Items are normally rented from Friday to Monday, but the term can be lengthened to suit your needs.  Additional rental fees may apply.   
 
Do you deliver?
Yes.  Most of our tent prices include delivery and set-up at your site within our normal delivery area.  Other items such as tables, chairs, etc. can be delivered for an additional fee.   
 
What is your normal delivery area?
We deliver to the areas surrounding Hickory, NC.  These areas include Lenoir, Morganton, Statesville, Taylorsville, Lincolnton, Marion, and Stony Point, and others.  Please call to see if we deliver to your area.  828-267-2789.
